The fraud Dept is a joke they didn't investigate who stole my money and March and they never bothered contact me with any results I had to keep contact in my contact and then contacting them only to be placed on hold for hours at a time and then be told that they're not going to do anything about the money that was stolen off my card in March that's $800 I'm disabled I need that money I'm entitled to that money and they sit back and do nothing about it why people steal your money then I guess I'm just screwed out of $800 that someone else told off my card that set back and enjoyed I'm calling commercial Bank I found out that's who they're affiliated with if they do not do nothing about replacing my $800 I will get a lawyer and I will sue them for more because I have said here since March and done without that $800 that I'm entitled to I shouldn't have to suffer and do without why somebody else who steals my money is allowed to enjoy it and nothing to be done about it and as of next month I'll get someone else to be over my disability social security check it sure won't be direct Express
