Some idiot blocked a purchase and customer service reps don't know what they are doing. They ruined my credibility with a major company. looking for a new card if issue not resolved

This is very strange that the same exact thing happen to me on the 3rd. Direct express is saying someone withdraw money from my account in 2 transactions when I know this is impossible cause the only debit to my account is in my possession
