I filed a fraud claim with DirectExpress on the 29th of September. To notify them that my social security benefits had been stolen from my card.

I filed a police report sent in all the information they requested, several times over. And each time I called them in regards to my claim I was placed on hold for at least 2 hours sometimes longer. And each time I was told to send a copy of my drivers license before they could assist me any further. Which I have done on at least 4 different occasions after speaking with them.

It is now almost a new year and not only have I not gotten any of my money returned but they keep taking money they say they are putting on my card I am now in the negative 35.00 dollars which is outrageous. Im at my wits end with this company

User's recommendation: I would not choose this company do be or do anything on my behalf.
