Direct Express refused to help me get my money back after fraudulent charges and they did not investigate even with proof they denied me help and hung up in my face. They are rude and liars and make false assumption and refuse to help me get my money back

I want them to invrlestigate or I will file charges against them and will report them to the fraud decision of Social security and Better Business Bureau and I will write my local Congressman and alderman. I will get justice if I have to get a lawyer.

Please put your complaints in writing and send to J.Simms jbsimms@erikpublishing.com. He is collecting stories of consumers who have been treated unjustly by Direct Express.

We are a group of disgruntled people who are tired of being robbed.

Make sure you contact your police department, identity theft.gov and FDIC. GOOD LUCK.

My money was refunded to me by chase calling the bank and having direct express fix the impending issue at hand.I no longer am a direct express customer because of this issue.I no longer wish to use their services now or in the future nor would I suggest anyone else...

came across this thread looking for answers to a similar problem. Thought I would share my experience.

Got up this morning and went to check my account balance and my password had been locked and was prompting me to change my password which required me to enter a lot of personal information and at the same time I was showing a zero balance after running to the ATM to check. came back home and decided I had nothing to lose because I would have to have a new card anyway and went ahead and took the chance and entered my information and changed my password because that's all it would let me do and my phone freaked out and shut off and when I called back it finally started working correctly and my money had been returned. Before the phone freaked out and quit I was only able to check the transactions and didn't recognize a bunch of small transactions but when I came back and recalled when everything was working fine and my money was returned those transactions had been deleted and my transactions that I did recognize as legit we're all posted.

It's like nothing ever happened. I don't understand it and I'm going to report it.
