To access info on my balance

There has bee money taking off my card 2nd and 3rd of August. I can't find out who is taking it. Everytime I call there was 15.00 dollars and 39.00 dollars that is being tak6 off and I can't get no answers

I don't won't chivowallet to take 305.00 out of my account I don't have any dealing with them at all

My Card HASENT Arrived In The Mail Yet

I Never got my card in the mail an associate told me if it hasent came by the 1st to call back and I have been calling. Not able to get ahold of no one please help me out

Cancel card send new one

Cant talk to a person to report lost/stolen card, there is no way of speaking to a person. I would like to talk to a person.

Need a new card

I did a order for a new card since July 9th and it was more than 5 to 10 business days. And havent gotten it yet try to call them and the call volume is so high.I have called about 10 times.

My new card will not let me register on phone app

I received my new card today, called the number to activate and it will not help me So I cannot activate my card so what am I to do???

User's recommendation: I do recommend this but right now I would have second thoughts! I cannot activate my new card the recording just tells me you will receive your. Card in two busses days! I have my card!

I have not had the issue resolved yet and it has been reported and it's cost me a trip to the emergency room

I called to verify my identity I have that done buy the person whose supposed to unlock my card was childish and I am not able to purchase my food medicine nor pay my bills I even went to the hospital due to such foolish sadistic misconduct I want my card unlock immediately seriously you all need to fix this matter immediately

Card isnt working and cannot reach customer service

My son's social security benefits card (from Direct Express) is not working. I have tried calling customer service at least 15 times today and I have gone through every menu option available to no avail. Direct Express clearly doesn't care about the people who rely on their service to access their benefits. It's infuriating and I plan to escalate this if I can't get in touch with an actual human in the next couple of days.

User's recommendation: if you can find another way to receive your SSI deposits, do that and DO NOT use direct express.
