I ordered a replacement card because I lost mine and the new card has a lock on it and I cant resolve the issue because they wont ever answer the phone

By the way, I am hearing impaired; I can't hear on the phone. Anyway, you guys still can't identify my address because I only submitted my address to Social Security as a welfare address because I'm homeless.

Unable to access my account w/SS number
Several times i requested a joint replacement card for myself and my 2 minors daughters Lyne+Yasmine TAHI. It's has been a long waiting - Now that i want to recontact you by using my old card #(5332...5726) and my SS #, it is impossible to reach your desk. At this point what should i do?
User's recommendation: Others customers, plse raise your voices to DirectExpress to be more sensitive to old retirés concernés. At this present time my daughters are out from school. I can not pay the school fées.

Called many times with a two hr hold each time. They said I need to send id and info AGAIN (3rd time)they won’t tell/do anything!!DONT use direct express!!

Only to find out that even tho I called who I thought was a direct express agent? Was not they have spoofed the number. Now Im dealing with id theft my money is gone cant get ahold of the REAL company and frankly Im scared as *** to call ANY company now in fear of THEM being spoofed ! Im PISSED
DO NOT CALL them if u do and they ask for 16 digit card and put you on hold for 2 hours?

Someone got the information the card was stolen and they took all of the money off today. Im trying to call customer service, but I am not getting no one to talk to.

I have tried with a few people to log into my account but it is still locked
For about 1 year I have had a company taking money out of my account. They just spoke with someone and added to my account.
I've called numerous times and was always told we will send you a new card and this should stop. IT NEVER DID!
I'm asking for my account to go into frozen state, do not let anything pass through unless I authorize it. my code fore me to authorize something to go through.

i have been waiting for a new card for a month now, and had to reorder 2 times and paid for faster shipping 2 times due to the rep sent the 1st one to the wrong address. today the app will not let me log in..its directing me to call the 1-88*-***-**** number.
ive been calling and waiting on hold for over 4 hours today and no one had answered 1 time! im sending screen shots of my call logs showing that ive spent the entire day being ignored by your entire customer service team.

Yes, I called you in June 2025 and reported a transaction of $65.00 on 06/02/2025, and yes, I filled out the forms I was mailed for this to be investigated. I haven't heard from anyone since.
I was told the $65.00 would be replaced back onto my card, yet it hasn't.
Can someone please tell me what is going on and why my $65 has not been replaced, and why I haven't been contacted about any of this? Please reply, Judy Day.

Walmart double charged me multiple times. For the times I could not resolve with them, I tried calling Direct Express multiple times.
It is all the usual that I had to call multiple times, get disconnected, get told they don't do that or see that, I can't hear them, on hold for hours etc. I finally got a decent human on the phone who could see that I was double charged and sent me a claim form. I was supposed to have a very short ten days to fill it out and send it back. It took a week to get the claim form, which should have been three, but it had room to request all incidences that I found.
Having only a few days left, I filled out the form, took pictures of the form and my proof and emailed it the same day. I snail mailed the form the next day. I just received a denial letter dated two days before the ten days would have been up. They did not wait for the ten days, credit my account while they processed it nor process my claims.
They denied me claiming there was no error. So, if there was no error, which is a human or mechanical mistake, then it was deliberate, and that means theft. They have all my money and steal it at will. Or if they don't, they repeatedly make mistakes that they refuse to correct.
Or if they don't, they are covering for someone who does. Or if they don't they are choosing to do nothing while I lose money.
The outcome for me is the same. I am short by over 400 hundred that I know of.

- Denied claims for double charges

I am well over the date of receiving my SS retirement due to Direct Express not accepting my ID approval. My ID is a permanent Louisiana issue that all seniors over 60 receive at no payment.
I submitted a photo ID front and back, even my Social Security card, and still can't get into my account to get my money. My bills are due; please help.

Why do you need to call them when they have a mobile app and website that both provide the information you are looking for?
