My card want it to work butt it will not work for me to use on PayPal or directly to the websites please help asap

Worst customer service ever

Called seeking general info to help a friend. Was on hold for 25 minutes, transferred to a supervisor where I was as on hold for another 10. Given a different number to call, on hold for 48 minutes. Asked for general info on what was needed to prove the identity of the cardholder when a hold for suspicious activity was placed by direct express. Instead I was accused of commuting fraud myself by a gentleman who interrupted me and never actually let me speak again. He was very helpful.

User's recommendation: Use somebody else for your banking needs.

I’d like to see earn customers. The federal govt should find a better company to automatically enroll people in to electronically rev benefits if they have no listed bank acct to direct deposit to. Direct express treats customers like garbage.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Terrible customer service. Just today I called them seeking info to try to help somebody whose acct was frozen by direct express. Was on hold for 25 minutes, transferred to a supervisor where I was hold for another 10 minutes. She gave me a different phone number where I have now been on hold for another 27 minutes so far..... still waiting for the next customer service rep. Im so glad they have an automated voice to tell me how much they appreciate my patience. Otherwise I would never know...

Maybe you should hire more customer service reps. Either all your services are so subpar that your call volume is huge or your customer service Dept has virtually no reps.

Money taken

money was taken sent all info for them an still nothing done bad help on phone $200 taken from me an they say thers nothing can be done it was gone in 5minits an i get scewed take them down an take back whats owed to you

There custom service is the worst. Their policies regarding refunds on charges not made by the card holders.

NI tried to stop a withdrawal / payment that was made without my permission and was told they cant stop a pending item. They paid the scammers $277.00 plus 3 test of $1.02 ea. Then I had to cancel that card. Without a refund yet. That will take up to 3 months. If I complete a detailed document of the charges and summit within 10 days of first report of charges. Never received first card. Paid for 2 dau delivery

Failure for information reality

I am not allowed to use my real number for direct express for getting into my real account. Failure to actually record accurate amount needed. Left out reality. I need 842.00

Won't send new card three weeks late and still haven't sent it

Have called back over a half dozen times and still keep lying and still haven't sent my new card, still waiting

Where's my other card

I e been waiting for my other debit for SSDI, I was getting all my income on one card and now there saying they had to put part of my income on another which Ive been waiting for since February and I still havent received it and Ive been trying to contact you guys but I get the message that theres to many calls to call back! Lost card and need replacement

I've tried to call them, but I don't have the card number (it was a brand-new card and I got robbed for it and all my cards) it says my pin is wrong, so that's where it shuts me down, doesn't let me talk to anyone, explain anything. I'm in the hospital very sick, no help, I don't know what to do. At least let me cancell the card so no one can try to use it. No help at all from Direct Express. I need help, bad, and it's not helping my health, I feel sicker because of this...

Fax number

I need the fax number I've been on the phone for 2 hours and got the same number which is one eight seven seven 505 and they gave me me another number which is one eight seven seven 587 00 one two which when is a pillow company and the other one is disconnected I need to see the police report off I need a fax number that is owned places who will help me

I need to get your correct fax number the one i was giving is dissconned how can i get tge active fax number

Dispute transaction

I didn't notice my card missing until I was realeased from the hospital on Saturday July 10th 2021, I called the express card number to get my balance and notice it was low so i had the automatic system read off the last 10 transactions made on my account and 6 of them transactions wasn't authorized by me.

Need to talk to someone

I enrolled in direct Express at the end of May it is now in July 10th and I have not received my card so someone needs to call me or reissue me a new card and send it express mail overnight please and thank you
