I have been trying to get a card since July. Now that it finally arrived I can't get anyone on the phone because they spelt my name wrong on the card that I have waived 6 months to get.. I am not at all happy with them at all

They have my account frozen for some reason and I can't reach directexpress at all. This is the 3rd time for me I will open bank account and NEVER get involved with anything like directexpress again. My benefit money is gone with the wind

Called customer service due to their very high call volume my call can't be answered. I've tried several times.

Even the hearing impaired and international number. Nothing.

So I check direct express.com, it still says mail pan. So I'm confused on why I paid $13.50. I was supposed to receive a tracking number, never got it. Which sucks. Supposedly USPS would drop it off. I checked the mail no card. So I'm waiting to see maybe if they meant ups instead. Either way I can't wait around all day . I lost it out of town, and I can't get back home without it.
