Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Card was missed placed or lost. Found after leaving restraunt lying on the ground by the front door of the building.
Lost card was found but they were suppose to send me a new card. They have yet to fulfill their promises!
User's recommendation: Be careful using direct express to hey don't follow through with their promises.
