I got a call from direct express that my card had been compermised and was canceled and they was issuing another one I ask her how much was stolen from my account she said all of it!!! I ask her when they would put my money back on because they knew it was fraud they called me she said well you will need to file a dispute claim and then if we find in your favor it will be 45-90 days!!!!

I ask her how am I supposed to live you all know it's fraud I want my money at that point I was hung up on something needs to be done with this company ripping off people who's only source of income is disability. Now we are unable to talk to anyone there without them being so RUDE you cant ask a quiestion or simply being hung up on!!

this happened to me also . I was like if you know they used it fraudulently why is it gonna take so long to refund the money. that was my nephew money
