I reported my cards stolen on 6/18/17 at approx 7:30 pm. Their representative , a male, told me he would cancel the cards and reissue new ones.

After approx a week and 1/2 I had not received the new cards so I called Direct Express The representative not only DID NOT REISSUE NEW CARDS, he failed to cancel the cards I had called about and the thrived racked up over 1200.00 in charges AFTER I HAD CALLED.

To date my funds for my SS HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED AND ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO ANYONE WITHOUT BRING EITHER HUNG UP ON PLACED IN A LOOP THAT RE-directs the call to the beginning. This is abosolutely terrible customer service and I am really upset, to the extent of going to SOCIAL Security and filing a formal complaint and any other agency that has teeth.

I liked: Convienance of the card, Lack of fees is nice, Security like social security.

I didn't like: Fraud dept.
