Jul 3, 2017, i woke up at 7am. I normalLY wake up on the 3rd to pay my rent, and my phone bill and they were both declined.

I called direct express only to find my pin had been changed and over $1000 had been taken. How could someone use my card when my card is with me. Direct express stated that there were two atm transactions one for 803 and another for 483. I was placed on hold to transfer to fraud department and was disconnected.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR THE PAST THREE HOURS. WHEN I CALL, I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE HEAVY CALL VOLUME AND I GET DISCONNECTED. What bank atm allows $803 at one time or $483 at one time?

I need help now. My bills are due and everything could get turned off.
