I payed my phone bill and the service was cut off on the phone i payed on the 30th of april for may bill, but it was cancelled on may2 and the bill cycle didnt start till may 11 now they denied my claim for reinburstment of 60 dollars. I need help!!!

I went to use my card to buy 1kit for 17.00 and i got to use my card and all my money is gone. so i can't buy know food for my family to eat. i want all my money back. all my 80.00 . The bill was only 17.00 why did yell take my money. so i will take a lawyer to get to the bottom of this. someone call 215-667-5262. Right away. and i had to cancel my card and it will take up to the 45 day to get a card and my money back back so i want my money back back now now now
