I called October 21,2015 to check if my deposit was made by
Social Security. I was told $988 was transferred to a bank
account. I told Direct Express, I was unaware of this transaction.
I called there fraud department.NO HELP there.They said I would
receive forms.I called repeatedly and NO forms received. On NOvember 10, I RECEIVED a letter from Direct Express,they stated with their investigation my funds were transferred to a bank.They gave me a phone to call for me to investigate. I called this number and this bank told me I didn't have the information needed to investigate and this was
the Direct Deposit's responsibility to investigate.I called Direct Deposit and expressed this to them. Now I'm told it will take 45 to 90 days for their investigation. Anytime I called their supervisor (JEREMY) has been very rude and not helpful. I am 77 years old, can't pay my rent or get my medications. I HAVE NO MONEY.What can I do???
