Please put your complaints in writing and send to J.Simms jbsimms@erikpublishing.com. He is collecting stories of consumers who have been treated unjustly by Direct Express.

We are a group of disgruntled people who are tired of being robbed.

Yes I did and it was sent some where's else , told it would be here yesterday and now it's Friday and mail came no card at all,now it's going on the 6th business day. I need my card and I'm getting frustrated as we speak cuz they keep having issues with the internet to let to let you know the tracking number.

I had ordered a replaced card for one which was stolen on 9/18/2016 for a 2 day delivery by U. P. S.. I paid 13.50 for and was sent USPS anf 4..00 for the card for a total of 17.50 Im requesting my card be bebited for the mishandling of my shipment. Direct Express Did Not Even Investigate My Dispute

Direct Express lied to me telling me that they worked on my case which they did not,they sent me a responds much too fast,I called many times and they give me the run around and just to get rid of me.I hate direct express I wish we did not have to go through them for business a company called H&H Furniture took money from my credit card of $539.40 which Direct Express could see the transaction which they still told me that I needed to prove to them they my money was taken which I don't understand what else that they needed from me,I have spent about $35.00 just to fax them which when I called them they told me that they never ever receive any fax from me at all which was nothing but lies,this is my complaint about Direct Express Christopher Shannon Aug/05/15

I have a friend on disability and has not been able to get his money put on his card even though SS says they have paid it. If he hadn't gotten help from neighbors he would have been on the street.

He even has a lawyer working on it but to no avail. It is criminal what they are doing. If they do this to a million people think how much compounded interest they make.

He has a two year old and a single parent and they don't care. I wish I could write to someone who could do something.

Its not criminal its Civil. It only becomes criminal when you prove they took the money and never gave him access to it.

While I am on Social Security I went thru Walmart Money Card. If you deposit over $750 a month (I think that is the amount) there is no service charge and I have access to it at around 2 a.m.

Yes, I know the feeling. They totally suck.

I have been locked out of the on-line account for a year or more and numerous try's to get a new password. Their phone menu leads you in circles as do the people on the phones. I'm disgusted with the program but see no way out.

Would love to meet the CEO of this and twist his boy's off. Haven't filed a congressional complaint but what's the use anyway, they don't care about anything either, too much interest in getting their raises.

Only way out is to die!

Direct Express Card Review from Everett, Washington

Direct express lists my ss deposit on my statement as this. For the benefit recipients of the account. They cant explain why? There are also ivr transfers and fees with just a ref number but they dont know how or what they are. Almost all my cash withdrawls at atms have been duplicated and taken out twice from the card. Wrote a billion letters made a billion calls. I filed fraud and they denied the claim overnight. Bozos and rip offsl.p.
